2. What You Are Purchasing
All products offered by The ADHD Medium are written PDF reports — personalized Vedic astrology analyses delivered digitally to your inbox. These are custom-created documents, specific to your birth data.
Reports are not:
- Live readings, phone calls, video sessions, or real-time consultations
- Medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
- A substitute for professional medical, mental health, or legal services
- Guaranteed predictions of specific future events
3. Birth Data Requirements
Accurate birth data is required before your report can begin. This includes:
- Full date of birth
- Exact birth time (check your birth certificate — not an estimate)
- City, state, and country of birth
Birth time accuracy directly determines the accuracy of the chart analysis. If your birth time is unknown or uncertain, contact info@theadhdmedium.com before purchasing. Do not guess or estimate.
Report preparation will not begin until your completed birth data form has been received. Delivery timelines begin from the date your form is submitted, not from the date of purchase.
4. Delivery Timeline
Reports are delivered within 7–10 business days of receiving your completed birth data form. This timeline reflects the depth of analysis each report requires.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. During high-volume periods, delivery may take up to 14 business days. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of each report, refunds are not available once your birth data form has been received and report preparation has begun.
If you have not yet submitted your birth data form, contact info@theadhdmedium.com within 48 hours of purchase to discuss your order.
If you believe there has been a technical error with your purchase, contact us at info@theadhdmedium.com and we will work to resolve it.
6. Nature of Services
The ADHD Medium offers Vedic astrology analysis and evidential mediumship as tools for self-understanding, timing awareness, and personal insight. These services are provided for informational and personal development purposes only.
